Shipping Policy
- We will process your order as soon as possible, usually within 1-2 business days .
- If possible, your order will be shipped the same day.

Shipping costs €7.30. For orders over €250 you benefit from free shipping .

The standard shipping costs to the following countries are €10 : - The Netherlands

Return Policy
Returns are possible within 14 days after delivery .
To initiate a return, you can send an email to casclub @outlook .be for a return form. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer and we do not cover any additional taxes.
Important:
- Items must be in perfect condition, with tags and seals attached.
- Shoes may only be tried on a carpet.
- Please return shoes in their original undamaged shoe box, placed inside another sturdy cardboard box to prevent damage.
Return instructions:
- Place the item(s) and completed returns form in the original shipping box or alternative sturdy packaging.
- Close the package properly.
- Please return it within 14 days using a track & trace service to:

- Once we receive and inspect your return, you will receive an email notifying you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, refunds will be initiated to your original method of payment within 14 days, subject to your credit card company's terms. Refunds for sale items will be at the retail price.
Swap
At this time we are unable to offer exchanges, but we do accept returns. We ask that you return the original item for a refund and then place a new order for the correct item.
